    I recently purchased a small rib of beef but it turned out to be the worst piece of beef Ive ever had. It was covered in thick white fat, ok - that would cook off. But then I found it had a lot of gristle and think butter yellow coloured fat running through the middle. It ended up with there being 50% wastage; but the really bad news is when I contacted the shop to complain, they took my details but didnt ring me back. A week later I rang the shop again, only to be told they wouldnt do anything and I should have bought topside as its a leaner cut!

    I tried to order 1 sheet of cut plastic sheeting to collect myself, but I was not allowed on the website to do this. The order would not go through without selecting an expensive delivery. Even though I spoke to someone this morning. The delivery charge cost nearly as much as the item I want.
