- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently purchased a small rib of beef but it turned out to be the worst piece of beef Ive ever had. It was covered in thick white fat, ok - that would cook off. But then I found it had a lot of gristle and think butter yellow coloured fat running through the middle. It ended up with there being 50% wastage; but the really bad news is when I contacted the shop to complain, they took my details but didnt ring me back. A week later I rang the shop again, only to be told they wouldnt do anything and I should have bought topside as its a leaner cut!By Admin, December 07, 2020
